Title
Game Freezing - after installing latest update

Description:
I updated my game yesterday. Now, when joining the MP server, my game loads and works for about 30 seconds before freezing. The sound effects play, and it almost sounds like they loop. I'm able to ALT+TAB and view things, but I cannot actually open anything. CNTRL+ALT+DLT brings up the menu, but again, nothing loads when selecting anything. Everything I do just takes me back to the SCUM screen that shows my frozen game. I have to reboot the computer.

When I reboot the computer, I do receive an error: Game Security Violation Detected #00000001

So far, I've tried:
validating game files
uninstalling and reinstalling the anti cheat
deleting folder - AppData\Local\SCUM
uninstalling and reinstalling the game
validating game files again
updating GPU (nvidia 1080TI) drivers
updating Windows to all latest updates
updating logitech and corsair drivers (saw something about anti cheat and RBG software)
creating a new Windows profile
